Some designs begin with real experiences. Others begin with the kind of story that feels real because everyone has seen some version of it.

SWOLE(ish) Co was created to portray the gym honestly: celebrating its humor, lessons, etiquette, challenges, characters, and communities without forcing everyone into the same stereotype.

We believe progress can be meaningful without becoming self-important, and strength can be taken seriously without pretending the journey is always graceful.
